π High-Reward Intraday Options Strategy
π A New Simple Intraday Option Strategy – 60:15 EMA Crossover
Today, we are introducing another easy-to-follow but powerful intraday option trading strategy.
β οΈ Important Points Before You Start
β No strategy gives 100% accuracy β So, start with a small quantity and be prepared for 3 consecutive losses if needed.
β Winning Probability: 65% β This is a big edge in options trading.
β Best Time to Trade:
β° Morning Session: 9:15 AM β 11:30 AM
β° Afternoon Session: 1:15 PM β Market Close
(Mid-session (11:30 AM β 1:15 PM) is usually less volatile and should be avoided.)
β Set Your Stop-Loss and Target Correctly β Always place SL based on the spot price, not on strike prices.
π The 60:15 EMA Crossover Strategy – Time frame – 5 min.
This is a unique EMA (Exponential Moving Average) crossover strategy for intraday option buying. Unlike traditional EMA crossovers, we use:
π 15 EMA β Fast-moving average
π 60 EMA β Slow-moving average
π οΈ How to Set Up the Strategy?
1οΈβ£ Open your Nifty or Bank Nifty chart (or any stock).
2οΈβ£ Add 15 EMA and 60 EMA indicators to your chart.
3οΈβ£ Wait for the 15 EMA (fast) to cross 60 EMA (slow).
π Entry Rules
βοΈ Call Option (CE) Entry:
- If 15 EMA crosses 60 EMA upwards, wait for the price to retest 15 EMA.
- Enter a CE trade when a candle closes above 15 EMA after the crossover.
βοΈ Put Option (PE) Entry:
- If 15 EMA crosses 60 EMA downwards, wait for the price to retest 15 EMA.
- Enter a PE trade when a candle closes below 15 EMA after the crossover.
π Rules for Better Accuracy
β
Avoid using this strategy in a sideways market β It will give false signals.
β
Entry candle should show rejection from 15 EMA β A long wick is preferred for confirmation.
β
Avoid taking an entry if both EMAs are too close together β This indicates low momentum and choppiness.
π― Stop-Loss & Target
β Stop-Loss (SL): Place SL at the same candleβs high/low where you take entry.
β Target: Minimum 1:3 Risk-Reward Ratio
(For example, if SL is 10 points, aim for at least 30 points profit.)
π Here are a few recent chart examples to help you understand better. (Insert images here)

π Why Does This Strategy Work?
πΉ EMA crossovers indicate strong momentum shifts.
πΉ 15 EMA acts as dynamic support/resistance for price action.
πΉ Nifty responds well to these levels, making it a high-probability setup.
β This strategy works on indices (Nifty, Bank Nifty) and stocks, but it has been found to be most effective on Nifty.
π’ Final Thoughts & Key Takeaways
β Follow the rules strictly β Donβt trade every crossover blindly.
β Test this setup on 10 trades before scaling up.
β Limit yourself to 1-2 trades per day β If you want to grow your small account into a big one, discipline is key!
